1. Do You Wash Without Water?

We do in limited circumstances. Whilst a correct water less wash can be performed safely and with good result, it depends on many different factors such as level of dirt, car contours and type of cloths used. Ideally a water less wash is performed on a car that is not to heavily soiled with a fine microfiber cloth and high quality waterless wash. The water less wash will react with the dirt and the cloth pulling the dirt deep into the fibers away from the surface. It is important to note that through waterless washing, you will not get into the nooks and crannies that water can.

2. Can You Remove Scratches?

Yes, we can remove light scratching and light swirl marks. It is important to be careful of contractors who claim that they can do more then this in one session. This is the common misconception caused by the polish refracting light from the scratches giving the appearance of a scratch free service. A proper scratch removal correction must be done in a dust proof garage to avoid any dust interfering with the pads and can take up to 5 days for between a 80-95% correction. These corrections can cost anywhere up to $7,000+. A good mobile detailer will be able to achieve a scratch removal correction of about 30-40% in a single session costing approx $350.

3. Do I Need Access To Water And Electricity?

We always have the option of water less washing. Ideally we do need water and electricity access. We have a very long hose extension and electricity cord so we can reach most outlets.

4. Do You Only Do Mobile Cleaning?

Due to the current climate globally, we are doing more local based services from our Collaroy location. We can still facilitate mobile cleaning at request.

5. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple pay, Google pay, Bank Transfer and for commercial customers invoicing.

6. What Do You Clean?

We clean Cars, Motorbikes, Motor homes, Caravans, Vans, Trucks, Planes and coaches. We will clean anything, please send us a message if you have a specific case. We also love barn finds or restoration vehicles and are trained in how to clean these types without compromising the paint. Most pre 90 vehicles came with no clear coat or a small amount which must be approached carefully.

7. Do You Do Commercial Cleaning?

Yes, we currently have a large portfolio of business and government contracts. We have an excellent business support process and cater each commercial job to the needs of the business. This includes 30 day invoicing, company credit to approved businesses ect.

8. Do You Offer A Drop Off Service?

If you need to be dropped off or collected, please arrange this with us before the date of the job. We will happily drop you to your required destination and collect you once the job has been completed.

9. Do You Franchise White Oak?

In Short, No. We have performed extensive study into the franchise models and the only person who benefits is the franchiser. The franchisees often get lumped with large fees and standing charges and the customers do not get the deserved service. Currently White Oak is family run and owned.
